Astrodidi offers a pleasing shopping experience to its customers with hassle-free and transparent shipping policy for your purchase through our website. We provide free shipping and deliver your order within a defined time period according to delivery date mentioned at the time of placing the order. We ensure to process your order within a given time period in good condition at your complete satisfaction.
- We shipped order at a single destination as address specified at the time of order placing. For different products, if you want to make delivery at different addresses, you need to place different order for each product.
- We assure to deliver your order within 10 days and in case of any delay due to unavailability of stock, we inform you the date of shipping.
- We hire only reliable and responsible courier services with an aim to ship your order on time and in good condition.
- We make shipping 6 days in a week from Monday to Saturday other than public holidays.
- In case of any damaged or the packaging is tempered or the product is not in original condition, it is advisable not to accept delivery and contact our customer care number with your order details. We assure to make replacement of your order as early as possible. In such case, if you accept order without contacting customer care department, Astrodidi is not responsible for any replacement or refund of the order.
